Guided by the spa owner, Emily Talbot will recommend retail lines for operational and retail use that contain synergies with spa concept.
Upon approval of the vendors by the spa owner, Emily Talbot will generate a planogram against the forecasted sales numbers for the next (6) six months of operation. The creation of the planogram with guide the writing of the initial retail purchase orders.
Proposed initial retail purchase orders will be submitted to the spa owner along with established terms, a start ship and cancel ship date.
INVENTORY & STREAMLINING REPORTING
Receiving Inventory
Prior to the receipt of retail inventory, all skus will be coded and entered the operating system offering ease of inventory management. Retail inventory will then be received physically and into the operating system. All products will be priced and merchandised prior to opening.
